Load Cell - 1kg, Straight Bar

This straight bar load cell, also known as a strain gauge, is a fantastic device that can convert up to 1kg of pressure (force) into an electrical signal. It measures the electrical resistance that changes proportionally with the strain (like pressure or force) applied to the bar. With this gauge, you can easily figure out how heavy an object is, track if its weight changes over time, or simply detect an object's presence by measuring the strain or load on a surface. Each load cell is crafted from aluminum - alloy and has a 1kg capacity. It comes with four strain gauges arranged in a wheatstone bridge formation. The wiring has a color - coded system: red is E+, green is O+, black is E-, and white is O-.

Using this load cell is quite easy. First, make sure the surface where you'll place the load cell is flat and stable. Then, connect the wires according to the color code: red to E+, green to O+, black to E-, and white to O-. Place the object you want to measure on the load cell. The load cell will convert the pressure into an electrical signal, and you can use appropriate equipment to read the data. When handling the load cell, be gentle as it's a sensitive device. Avoid applying more than 1kg of pressure, as it may damage the load cell. To keep it in good condition, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
