IC hook set (9 pcs)

When alligator clips and scope probes are too big, our IC hooks are the perfect solution! This set includes 9 fine clips in a rainbow of colors - black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, and gray. They offer a strong grip on SOICs, TQFPs, and any components with a 0.6mm pin pitch or larger. The hooks are crafted from strong gold-plated 'piano wire'. With angle connectors, you can easily attach them to your Saleae Logic probe cable or 0.1' socket jumper cables, replacing the all-black ones. Although they're a bit pricier than low-cost hooks, they perform much better in gripping small pins.

Using these IC hooks is easy. First, pick the clip color you like. Then, use the angle connectors to attach the hook to your Saleae Logic probe cable or 0.1' socket jumper cables. Once attached, gently place the hook on the component's pins with a 0.6mm pitch or larger. They'll grip firmly. When using, be careful not to apply too much force as it might bend the hooks. After use, store them in a dry place to prevent rust. If the hooks get dirty, you can clean them gently with a soft cloth.
