Using this fiber optic fabric is easy. First, gather a bright light source. Shine it into the fiber bundle that's collected at one end of the fabric, and watch as it lights up with little shining pinpoints. To make the fabric glow more, you can use fine sandpaper to gently rub the fabric. This will damage the fibers a bit and make them 'leak' light. When creating patterns, use selective abrasion to get the look you want. As for maintenance, keep the fabric away from sharp objects that could cut the fibers. If it gets dirty, you can use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe it. Don't soak the fabric in water as it might damage the optical fibers.
