Product Details

This is an excellent DC planetary gearmotor with a no - load speed of around 140RPM. It's perfect for a wide range of uses like robotics, electric locks, home automation, and small actuators. The supply voltage ranges from 6VDC to 24VDC, and there's a polarity marker at the motor's base. The planetary gearbox on top of the motor housing gives it a relatively large stall torque for its size. The motor's main body is made of metal, except for the plastic planet gears in the first input gear set. It has an overall length of 76.1mm and a diameter of 22mm, while the drive shaft is 12mm long and 6mm in diameter.

Using this 140RPM planetary gearmotor is easy. First, make sure to connect it to a power source within the 6VDC - 24VDC range. Check the polarity marker at the base of the motor to ensure correct connection. You can use it in robotics, electric locks, home automation systems, or small actuators. When installing, be gentle with the drive shaft. Don't apply excessive force as it's 12mm long and 6mm in diameter. For maintenance, keep the motor clean and free from dust. If it's used in a dirty environment, consider covering it. Also, check the connections regularly to make sure they're tight. If you notice any unusual noises or the motor stops working, disconnect the power immediately and check for loose parts or electrical issues.
