Nomad MDF Waste Board (Qty 4)

Are you tired of accidentally damaging your CNC during milling? These 8-inch by 8-inch wasteboards are the perfect solution! Mount them to your CNC, and you won't have to worry about cutting through flat stock and ruining the mill table below. Instead, let these inexpensive MDF wasteboards take the damage. Each pack contains four wasteboards made of ½-inch MDF (medium-density fibreboard). They come with predrilled holes and countersinks for easy mounting on your Nomad.

Using these wasteboards is a breeze. First, locate the predrilled holes and countersinks on the wasteboard. Then, align them with the appropriate spots on your Nomad CNC. You can easily mount the wasteboard using the right screws. When you're milling, remember that these wasteboards are there to protect your CNC mill. So, don't hesitate to let them take the brunt of the cuts. As for maintenance, keep them clean from dust and debris. If they get too damaged after multiple uses, it's time to replace them with a new pack. Just make sure to store the unused wasteboards in a dry place to prevent warping.
