This stunning and virtually indestructible Raspberry Pi™ Case is not only functional but also a beauty to behold. Crafted in the USA by Barch Designs from solid 6061-T6 aircraft grade billet aluminum, it safeguards your Raspberry Pi from harm and acts as a thermal heat sink to keep it running cooler. Note: heat sinking isn't necessary for using the Pi, but some users prefer a cooler - running device. The Pi Holder case is precision - milled on a CNC machine by Barch Designs to exact tolerances, providing just the right space for the Raspberry Pi to fit snugly. It comes with an aluminum bottom half, an aluminum top half, a clear plastic piece, insulating neoprene foam rubber, 4 screws, an Allen wrench, and a thermal paste packet. This case is compatible with Raspberry Pi model B, versions 1 and 2, but not with the Raspberry Pi Model B+.

Using this Raspberry Pi case is a breeze. First, make sure you have all the parts: the aluminum bottom half, top half, clear plastic piece, insulating foam, 4 screws, Allen wrench, and thermal paste packet. Apply a small amount of thermal paste on the relevant part of your Raspberry Pi. Then, carefully slide the Raspberry Pi into the bottom half of the case. Place the insulating foam as indicated. Next, put the top half on and use the Allen wrench to tighten the 4 screws. Remember, this case is only for Raspberry Pi model B, versions 1 and 2. Don't try to use it with the Raspberry Pi Model B+ as it won't fit. To maintain the case, you can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe off any dust. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the aluminum finish.
