These amazing needles will make your sewing as fast as the wind! This needle set is a must - have for all types of hand sewing, especially when working with our conductive thread and wearable electronics parts. Each pack comes with 20 gold - eye sharps. The eye sizes vary from #3 (1.75' long) to #9 (1.35' long). The two largest #3 needles are too big to fit through the sewable coin cell holder, but they're easy to use and thread otherwise. The four smallest #9 needles are a bit tricky to thread, so it's better not to use them with our conductive thread. They're much easier to use with normal thread. The remaining 14 needles are ideal for our 2 - ply stainless conductive thread, 3 - ply stainless conductive thread, or stainless conductive thin yarn.
Using this needle set is a breeze. For general hand - sewing projects, pick the needle size that suits your thread thickness. If you're working with our conductive thread and wearable electronics parts, most of the time, the 14 middle - sized needles will be your best choice. When threading the needles, be careful with the #9 ones as they're a bit difficult. The #3 needles are easy to thread but won't fit through the sewable coin cell holder. After use, keep the needles in a dry place to prevent rust. You can store them in a needle case to avoid losing them. And if you're using normal thread, the #9 needles will work great.
