Searching for a compact board to power high-current relays, solenoids, or LEDs? Your search ends here! The new 4-channel Mosfetti board by Monk Makes is perfect for driving up to 2 Amps per channel (2.5A max total) with up to 16V DC power. This 4-channel MOSFET switch is designed for maker projects. It comes as a PCB with surface-mounted components, header pins, and screw terminals. You can solder it yourself if you like. It's great for RVs, model railroads, strobe lights, irrigation pumps, and more. Features include a resettable 'polyfuse' for over-current protection, a power indicator LED, an LED indicator for each channel, low-side switching up to 2A per channel, and a flyback diode on each channel for inductive loads like pumps, motors, relays, or solenoids.
Using the Mosfetti 4-channel MOSFET driver board is easy. First, make sure your power source is within the 16V DC limit. You can connect high-current devices like relays, solenoids, or LEDs to each channel, with a maximum of 2 Amps per channel and 2.5A total. The board has a power indicator LED to show it's working. Each channel also has an LED indicator. If you're using inductive loads such as pumps, motors, relays, or solenoids, the flyback diode on each channel will protect the board. There's a resettable 'polyfuse' to prevent over-current. Just follow the included instructions to solder the header pins and screw terminals if you choose to. As for maintenance, keep the board clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. If there's an over-current situation, the 'polyfuse' will reset itself once the issue is fixed.
