This compact straight bar load cell, also known as a strain gauge, can convert up to 100g of pressure or force into an electrical signal. It accurately measures the change in electrical resistance in proportion to the strain applied to the bar. With this gauge, you can easily determine an object's weight, track weight changes over time, or simply detect an object's presence by measuring the strain or load on a surface. Made from aluminum - alloy, it has a 100g capacity. It features four strain gauges arranged in a wheatstone bridge. The wiring color - code is red for Exc+, green for Sig+, black for Exc-, and white for Sig-. It comes with an IP65 protection rating and four M3 through - holes for easy mounting.

Using this load cell is quite straightforward. First, mount it securely using the four M3 through - holes on a stable surface. Connect the wires according to the color code: red to the positive excitation terminal, green to the positive signal terminal, black to the negative excitation terminal, and white to the negative signal terminal. Once connected, you can start measuring the weight or force applied to the bar. When using it, make sure the force is applied evenly on the bar for accurate readings. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or high humidity as it may affect its performance. For maintenance, keep it clean and free from dust. If there are any signs of damage, stop using it immediately and contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
