This amazing mini rework station is a perfect workspace for electronic work and repair. Originally designed for cell phone repair and rework, it's especially great for SMT work. And for thru - hole work, it's even better as you can easily flip the PCB around. The metal plate, weighing about 600 grams (around 1.3 lbs), along with four magnetic mini PCB holders, effectively prevents your PCB from shifting when you're heating stubborn components. The holders can be screwed on to fit PCBs of any shape with a thickness between 0.2mm and 2mm. Key features include a solid metal body with optional grippy rubber feet, two adjustable alligator clips at the end of the rework plate, and magnetic PCB holders for secure and precise rework. The rework plate measures 22cm in length, 15cm in width, and 3mm in thickness, and comes with two clip arms, four mini PCB holders, and two replacement clip leads. Using this rework station is easy. First, place your PCB on the metal plate. Then, adjust the two alligator clips at the end of the plate to hold the PCB in place as needed. You can also use the four magnetic mini PCB holders. Just screw them on according to the shape and thickness of your PCB (it can fit PCBs between 0.2mm and 2mm thick). When working, the heavy metal plate and the holders will keep the PCB stable. As for maintenance, keep it clean from dust and debris. You can use a dry cloth to wipe it regularly. Also, make sure to store it in a dry place. Remember, the solder, soldering iron, and other components are not included, so you'll need to get those separately.
