Mates Stand

The Mates Stand is a great accessory for MatesBUS compatible devices like the TIMI - 96. It makes development a breeze! It props the MatesBus compatible device at a 35 - degree angle from vertical, perfect for desk or bench - top development. The stand breaks out the ten MatesBUS interface signals into two 5 - pin headers on each side, enabling easy connections to the Mates Programmer. You can easily attach jumper wires from these headers to other devices or a Host, which can be placed on a Breadboard or nearby. The MatesBUS Stand uses the BBM MatesBus, a user - friendly interface with 2 rows of 5 pins, 0.1” (2.54mm) pitch and 0.3” (7.62mm) spacing, ideal for direct plug - in to a breadboard or compatible adapter/development board. There are four mounting holes on the base for secure fastening as needed. Available documents include the Datasheet.

Using the Mates Stand is easy. First, place your MatesBUS compatible device on the stand at the 35 - degree angle. Then, connect it to the Mates Programmer through the 5 - pin headers on the sides. If you want to connect it to other devices or a Host, just attach jumper wires to the headers. You can put the connected device on a breadboard or beside the stand. When using the stand, make sure to place it on a flat surface. If you need to secure it, use the four mounting holes on the base. For maintenance, keep the stand clean and dry.
