Product Details

Are you struggling to connect 3.3V or lower voltage sensors and devices to a 5V microcontroller like Arduino? Our Logic Level Converter Module is the perfect solution! It can effortlessly link different logic voltage levels for bi - directional communication across up to 4 channels. This means you can use low - voltage sensors with a 5V microcontroller or 5V sensors on a 3.3V microcontroller. It has 4 bidirectional channels, a pass - through GND connection, and compact dimensions of 18mm x 16mm x 4mm. Get it now here or from a Freetronics reseller near you. Click for the Quickstart Guide, and also access the LEVEL Schematic and Reference (PDF), join forum discussions, and get design files.

Using this Logic Level Converter Module is easy. First, connect the ground (GND) of your sensors and microcontroller to the pass - through GND connection on the module. Then, link the different voltage devices to the appropriate channels according to the voltage requirements. For example, connect 3.3V sensors to the relevant side if you're using them with a 5V microcontroller. When you start using it, make sure the power supply is stable to avoid any communication issues. Also, double - check the connections to prevent short - circuits. As for maintenance, keep the module in a dry and clean environment. If there's dust on it, you can use a soft brush to gently clean it. If you encounter any problems, refer to the Quickstart Guide or join the forum discussions for help.
