Product Details

This product is a high-temperature resistant silicone rubber copper wire with a specification of 18AWG and 0.75mm2. Crafted from fine tin-plated copper, it's highly resistant to oxidation. Using a mutual twisting process, it significantly reduces signal interference and boosts conductivity. With an allowable load voltage of AC600V/DC3KV and a load current of up to 22A, it's built for high-power applications. The insulating layer is made of high-performance silica gel. It's thin yet incredibly tough, with excellent elasticity, toughness, and acid-alkali resistance. It can operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +200 °C. Ideal for robots, ESC, motors, robot arms, aeromodelling, car models, and ship models that demand high wire performance. Note: Don't exceed the rated voltage to ensure a long wire life. Also, avoid using it outside the -60 °C to +200 °C temperature range.

This wire is very easy to use. Just connect it to your device as you would with any regular wire. But make sure the power supply voltage doesn't go over the rated voltage of AC600V/DC3KV. This will help keep the wire in good shape and avoid any damage that could shorten its life. Also, only use it within the temperature range of -60 °C to +200 °C. If it gets too hot or too cold, it might not work properly. When it comes to maintenance, there's not much you need to do. Just keep it clean and dry. Avoid bending it too sharply or pulling it too hard, as this could damage the inner core. With these simple steps, your wire should serve you well for a long time.
