After assembling and installing the parts in this kit, just screw your antenna on top and you're ready to go! The 12 - inch tall rod in the kit has a 5/8 - inch, 11 - TPI thread, commonly found on high - end surveying antennas. The kit also includes two #10 x 1 - 1/2 - inch Phillips wood screws and two #0 ACC conduit and pipe hangers. We highly suggest using a pilot hole before screwing to prevent stripped screw holes.
