Product Details

This capacitive liquid level sensor is a game - changer compared to our previous ones. It's designed to detect high - viscosity and low - corrosive liquids like glue, lubricating oil, grease, ink, engine oil, and powder. You can easily adjust the sensor's sensitivity with a knob (clockwise to increase, counter - clockwise to decrease), allowing it to adapt to a wide range of media. An indicator light provides real - time feedback on the sensor's status, and it comes with polarity and over - current protection. Using capacitance contact detection, it can tell if there's liquid and distinguish between different liquids. The conical anti - hanging - liquid head design reduces liquid residue during detection. Its special circuit design helps avoid false signals even when there are liquid residues, foam, or scabs on the probe. With temperature compensation, it can detect stably from - 25°C to 75°C. The head is made of PEEK material and the shell of 316 stainless steel, featuring general anti - corrosion and an easy - to - install M12*1 standard thread. Precautions: Don't use it when the temperature exceeds 75°C, pressure is higher than 0.3MP, or there's unremovable dry glue on the probe. Features include the ability to detect high - viscosity liquids, an anti - hanging - liquid design, and NPN+PNP dual output. Applications are mainly for detecting high - viscosity and low - corrosive liquids. Specification: Contact detection mode, capacitive detection principle, 12 - 24V power supply voltage, response speed of 20ms, switch output frequency of 50Hz, NPN+PNP dual output signal, max 100mA output current, working power <0.5W, working temperature from - 25°C to +80°C, IP65 protection level, PEEK/316 stainless steel appearance material, polarity and over - current protection mechanism, and specific wiring instructions (Brown - positive, blue - negative, black - NPN, white - PNP). Shipping list includes one capacitive liquid level sensor and one screwdriver.

Using this capacitive liquid level sensor is easy. First, make sure the power supply voltage is between 12 - 24V and connect the wires according to the instructions: brown for positive, blue for negative, black for NPN, and white for PNP. You can adjust the sensitivity of the sensor using the knob to fit the liquid you're detecting. Just turn it clockwise to increase sensitivity and counter - clockwise to decrease. The indicator light will show you the sensor's status. Remember, don't use it in conditions where the temperature goes over 75°C, the pressure is higher than 0.3MP, or there's dry glue on the probe that can't be removed. To maintain it, keep it clean and avoid physical damage. If there's some liquid residue on the probe, you can clean it gently without using harsh chemicals. This will help the sensor work well and last a long time.
