Using this piezo vibration sensor is easy. First, connect it to your circuit using the solderable crimp pins. For measurements, just place it where you want to detect flex, touch, vibration, or shock. When the film starts moving, it will generate a voltage. To make the voltage suitable for your ADC, use a simple resistor. As an impact sensor or flexible switch, position it in a place where it can receive the impact or be triggered easily. When handling this sensor, be gentle as the piezo polymer film is flexible and can be damaged if bent too hard. Keep it away from extreme temperatures and humidity. To maintain it, just keep it clean and free from dust. Check the connections regularly to make sure they are secure.
