Product Details

The Pico-10DOF-IMU is a specialized IMU sensor expansion module designed for the Raspberry Pi Pico. It combines a 9-axis motion sensor (ICM20948) and a barometric pressure sensor (LPS22HB). With this module, you can collect environmental data such as temperature and barometric pressure, or easily build a DIY robot that detects motion gestures and orientation. Key Features: - Standard Raspberry Pi Pico header, compatible with the Raspberry Pi Pico series. - Onboard ICM20948 for detecting motion, orientation, and magnetic fields. - Onboard LPS22HB for sensing atmospheric pressure. - Comes with development resources and a manual, including Raspberry Pi Pico C/C++ and MicroPython examples. Specifications: - Operating Voltage: 5V - Accelerometer: 16-bit resolution, configurable measuring range (±2, ±4, ±8, ±16g), 68.9uA operating current. - Gyroscope: 16-bit resolution, configurable measuring range (±250, ±500, ±1000, ±2000°/sec), 1.23mA operating current. - Magnetometer: 16-bit resolution, ±4900µT measuring range, 90uA operating current. - Baroceptor: 260 - 1260hPa measuring range, ±0.025hPa measuring accuracy at ordinary temperature, 1Hz - 75Hz measuring speed. Raspberry Pi Pico Header Compatibility: - Onboard female pin header for direct attachment to the Raspberry Pi Pico. - Stackable design. Note: The Raspberry Pi Pico is not included. What's On Board: - ICM20948 (9-axis motion sensor, I2C bus) - LPS22HB (barometric pressure sensor, I2C bus) - RT9193-33 (3.3V linear voltage regulator) - LSF0204PWR (4-ch voltage translator) - RT9193-18 (1.8V linear voltage regulator) - Power indicator - Raspberry Pi Pico header (stackable design) WIKI: Pico-10DOF-IMU

Using the Pico-10DOF-IMU is quite easy. First, make sure your Raspberry Pi Pico is ready. Then, connect the module to the Pico using the onboard female pin header. The stackable design allows you to add more modules if you need. When it comes to collecting data, you can use the provided development resources and manual. There are examples in Raspberry Pi Pico C/C++ and MicroPython to help you get started. With the ICM20948, you can detect motion gestures, orientation, and magnetic fields. The LPS22HB will give you information about the atmospheric pressure of the environment. Here are some things to keep in mind. The Raspberry Pi Pico is not included in the package, so you'll need to get one separately. Also, make sure to operate the module at the specified 5V operating voltage to avoid any damage. For maintenance, keep the module clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If you're not using it for a long time, store it in a safe place. And if you have any questions, you can always refer to the WIKI: Pico-10DOF-IMU for more information.
