It looks great and is tough enough to be tossed into your bookbag or toolbox. It has slim cable openings, an easy - to - remove beveled slot for your Micro SD card, slots for your Pi Camera and upcoming Display, and a space for your GPIO cable to extend from the Pi. The Pi easily snaps into the base, and the lid fits snugly on top. You can also use the case without the lid to easily add hats to your B+. This case is compatible with Raspberry Pi Model B+ / Pi 2 / Pi 3 Model B and Pi 3 Model B+ only. It won't work with the Raspberry Pi Model A or B. It does work with the model A+, but there will be some empty space, and you may need to snake your USB cable through the front holes, which might be tricky if the cable is bulky. Note that no Raspberry Pi is included, and this is just the base of the case with no lid.

Using this orange base case for your Raspberry Pi is a breeze. First, make sure you have a compatible Raspberry Pi model (Model B+, Pi 2, Pi 3 Model B, or Pi 3 Model B+). Simply snap your Raspberry Pi into the base. If you want, you can attach a lid from the available options to give it a complete look. The lid fits snugly on top. You can also choose to use the case without the lid, which makes it easy to add hats to your Pi. When inserting your Micro SD card, use the easy - to - remove beveled slot. For your cables, use the slim openings provided. The GPIO cable can extend out through the dedicated space. If you're using a model A+, there will be some empty space, and you may need to carefully thread your USB cable through the front holes, especially if it's a bulky one. As for maintenance, since it's made of ultra - durable polycarbonate, you can clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the super - glossy surface. Keep it away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to maintain its appearance and durability.
