Product Details

This is a fantastic mini DC motor equipped with a 1:35 reduction box. It's incredibly compact, taking up hardly any space at all. The use of metal gears makes it highly durable. The D - shape shaft simplifies the motor installation process. With a no - load speed of 375rpm, it operates quietly. Here are some important points to note: Don't overload the motor to protect its lifespan. Avoid storing and using it in high - temperature or extremely humid conditions as this can affect its performance and longevity. When soldering the power supply's positive and negative motor terminals, if the soldering iron temperature is between 340 °C ± 40 °C, keep the heating time within 3 seconds to prevent plastic parts in the motor from overheating and deforming. Make sure the motor shaft doesn't get stuck, or the motor will burn out. Always use the motor within the specified voltage range. Specifications include: 6V voltage, two - way rotation, 1:35 reduction ratio, no - load current ≤ 90mA, no - load speed of 375rpm, load torque of 91g.cm, load speed of 160rpm, load current ≤ 200, stall torque of 0.5kg.cm, stall current of 950mA, 10mm shaft length, 3mm D - shaped shaft diameter, 25g weight, and size of 12*13 - R15.5*38mm (without motor output shaft).

Using this mini metal DC geared motor is quite easy. First, make sure you're using it within the 6V voltage specification. The D - shape shaft allows for simple and quick installation. When the motor is running, it's important to watch out for a few things. Don't overload it, as this can shorten its lifespan. Also, avoid using it in hot or very damp places. If you need to solder the terminals, keep the soldering iron at the right temperature and limit the heating time to 3 seconds. Make sure the motor shaft can move freely; if it gets stuck, the motor will burn out. To maintain the motor, keep it clean and dry. Store it in a normal environment when not in use. With proper use and care, this motor will serve you well for a long time.
