This S-Type load cell, also known as a strain gauge, can convert up to 200kg of pressure into an electrical signal. It measures the electrical resistance that changes according to the applied strain. With this gauge, you can easily determine an object's weight, track weight changes over time, or detect an object's presence by measuring the strain on a surface. Made from alloy steel, each load cell can handle up to 200kg. It features four strain gauges in a Wheatstone bridge formation. The wiring color - code is red = E+, green = O+, black = E - , and white = O-. It has an IP66 protection rating and comes with two M4 and two M5 through - holes for easy mounting. Dimensions are 51mm x 19mm x 76mm, with a 3m wire. Included documents are the datasheet, Load Cell Amplifier Hookup Guide, and Getting Started with Load Cells.

Using this load cell is easy. First, mount it using the M4 and M5 through - holes on a stable surface. Connect the wires according to the color - code: red to E+, green to O+, black to E-, and white to O-. Then, place the object whose weight you want to measure on the load cell. It will convert the pressure into an electrical signal, and you can use the included documents to understand the readings. When handling the load cell, avoid dropping it or applying excessive force beyond its 200kg capacity. Keep it in a dry place to maintain its IP66 protection. Periodically check the wiring for any signs of damage. If you encounter any issues, refer to the datasheet or the Load Cell Amplifier Hookup Guide.
