Product Details

The Konstruktor is the world's first 35mm do-it-yourself SLR camera. It's a dream for DIY lovers and those eager to learn analogue photography. Build this fully-functional camera at home in just 1 - 2 hours. As you assemble it, you'll uncover the essence of photography and understand how analogue cameras work. Shoot sharp and vibrant analogue photos with this amazing tool. It has 'N' and 'B' modes for regular and long exposures, a tripod thread for stability, and an uncoupled shutter release for multiple exposures. The top - down viewfinder with a magnifier lets you see exactly what you're shooting. After building, customize it with the included stickers. As of 12/12/2014, the kit comes with a PC socket for flash photography.

Using the Konstruktor DIY 35mm SLR film camera kit is a breeze. First, take your time to assemble the camera. It usually takes 1 - 2 hours. Follow the instructions carefully to understand how all the parts fit together and how the camera works. Once it's built, load a 35mm film roll into the camera. When you're ready to shoot, look through the top - down viewfinder and use the ring on the lens to focus. For regular shots, use the 'N' mode. If you want long exposures, switch to the 'B' mode and use a tripod to keep the camera steady. You can also create multiple exposure photos using the uncoupled shutter release. After shooting, take the film to a lab to get it developed. When it comes to maintenance, keep the camera in a dry and clean place. If you want to change the look of your camera, you can easily peel off the stickers and attach new ones. And that's it - enjoy your creative photography journey with the Konstruktor!
