Using the KnockOffDuino® Uno is easy. First, make sure you install the right drivers for your operating system (Mac OS X or Windows). You can find these in the USB Drivers section of the product description. Connect the included 50cm USB - A to USB - B cable to your computer and the board. Once it's connected, you're ready to start programming. Remember, this board is fully Arduino™ - UNO compatible, so you can use all the usual Arduino programming tools and resources.
When it comes to power, you can either use the USB port for a regulated 5VDC supply or connect a 7 - 14VDC power source to the Vin pin. The on - board regulator will then supply 5V to the board.
