Don't let the lack of a USB port on your iOS phone or tablet stop you from using USB devices! This amazing cable, often called a 'Camera Connector' or 'MIDI Connector', plugs into your iOS device's bottom and gives you a USB A port. With it, you can easily connect HID keyboards, MIDI equipment, or even some cameras. However, keep in mind that iOS restricts USB access to just keyboards, mice (USB HID), and MIDI devices. You can't use it with mass storage disks or UART (USB CDC) devices. Also, the device must have a USB descriptor indicating it draws 100mA or less. Our cable is about 6.5 feet long. It's been tested to work with iOS 12 and an iPhone X, and should work with any iOS device having a Lightning port.

Using this cable is super easy. Just plug one end of the cable into the Lightning port at the bottom of your iOS device. Then, connect your USB device, like a keyboard or MIDI equipment, to the USB A port on the other end of the cable. When you're using it, remember that not all USB - enabled devices will work with this cable. iOS only allows access to keyboards, mice, and MIDI devices. Also, make sure the device you're connecting has a USB descriptor saying it draws 100mA or less. To keep your cable in good condition, avoid bending it sharply and keep it away from heat and moisture. When not in use, store it in a cool and dry place.
