These 45 - degree hub mounts are a great addition to your Actobotics toolkit. They can directly mate with Actobotics channels in multiple positions, making them ideal attachment points for 0.5 - inch diameter shafts and tubes. Each hub mount comes with two 0.5 - inch bores and uses the 0.77 - inch hub pattern. Actobotics is a versatile robotics building system that features extruded aluminum channels, gears, precision shafts, and ball bearings. Thanks to its two standardized hole patterns, almost all Actobotics components can be easily and intuitively connected. Using the 45 - degree hub mount is simple. First, find the appropriate position on the Actobotics channel where you want to attach it. Then, directly mate the hub mount to the channel. For shafts or tubes with a 0.5 - inch diameter, you can easily insert them into the two 0.5 - inch bores of the hub mount. When handling the hub mount, be careful not to damage the bores or the hub pattern. Keep it in a dry and clean place to prevent rusting. If you notice any dirt or debris on the mount, you can gently clean it with a soft cloth.
