FreeM - Infrared Controller

FreeM is a wireless controller and power supply for BlinkMs. It allows for standalone deployment, programming, and control of BlinkM smart LEDs, acting like an invisible wire between a LinkM or Arduino and BlinkMs. When paired with the CtrlM transmitter, it offers a low - power way to control BlinkMs (or any I2C device) up to 45 feet (14m) away, and the range can be easily extended. It works seamlessly with the rest of the BlinkM product line. Simply plug a CtrlM into a LinkM, point it at a FreeM, start the BlinkM Multitrack sequencer, and you can program from a distance. Ideal for wearables, architectural lighting, stage sets, RC car lights, and hard - to - reach places. Additionally, it's compatible with most TV remotes supporting the SICS protocol. You can turn BlinkMs on and off, adjust brightness and hue, and run custom scripts using basic TV remote keys.

Using the FreeM Infrared Controller is easy. First, pair it with the CtrlM transmitter if you want to control BlinkMs from a distance. Plug the CtrlM into a LinkM, then point it at the FreeM. Fire up the BlinkM Multitrack sequencer on your device, and you're ready to start programming the BlinkMs. You can also use a TV remote that supports the SICS protocol to control the BlinkMs. Just use the basic keys to turn them on and off, change brightness and hue, or run your own custom scripts. When it comes to maintenance, keep the controller clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture.
