Product Details

The F1031V Mass Air Flow Sensor is a top - notch device that uses the thermodynamic principle to accurately detect the flow rate of gas medium in the flow channel. It offers high precision, fast response, and excellent repeatability. With a built - in temperature sensor, it provides reliable temperature compensation for measured data. Its linear analog voltage output makes it extremely user - friendly. This sensor is a great fit for various applications such as intensive care ventilators, portable ventilators, industrial process control, environmental protection, and air purifiers. It has been fully calibrated and temperature - compensated for optimal performance. Measuring Range: 150SLM (at 20℃ gas temperature and 101.325 kPa gas pressure). Power Supply: 5V. Operating Current: 25mA. Accuracy: <4%FS. Response Time: 50ms. Operating Temperature Range: - 25℃~65℃. Working Pressure: <100kPa. Refer to the product wiki for more details.

Using the F1031V Mass Air Flow Sensor is quite simple. First, make sure to connect it to a 5V power supply. The operating current is 25mA, so your power source should be able to handle that. Once connected, it will start detecting the gas flow rate right away. When using it in applications like ventilators or air purifiers, just install it in the appropriate gas flow channel. For best results, keep the operating temperature between - 25℃ and 65℃, and the working pressure below 100kPa. As for maintenance, there's not much you need to do. But it's a good idea to check the sensor periodically for any signs of damage. If you notice any issues with the readings or the performance, refer to the product wiki for troubleshooting. And always remember that the sensor has been calibrated and temperature - compensated at the factory, so there's no need for you to do any further adjustments under normal circumstances.
