Product Details

This amazing gearmotor combines a medium-power, 12V brushed DC motor with a 98.78:1 metal spur gearbox. It comes with an integrated 48 CPR quadrature encoder on the motor shaft, offering 4741.44 counts per revolution of the gearbox's output shaft. The cylindrical gearmotor has a diameter just under 25 mm, and its D-shaped output shaft is 4 mm in diameter, extending 12.5 mm from the gearbox face plate. Key specs: at 12V, it has a no-load performance of 76 RPM and 200 mA, and a stall extrapolation of 12 kg⋅cm (165 oz⋅in) and 2.1 A.

Using this gearmotor is easy. First, connect it to a 12V power source. Make sure the connections are secure to avoid any power issues. When using, keep an eye on the RPM and current. If you notice any abnormal sounds or overheating, stop using it immediately. For maintenance, keep it clean and dry. Periodically check the gearbox for any signs of wear or damage. Also, ensure the encoder is functioning properly. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact the support team.
