Measuring 60mm x 35mm, the slider features four M4 - tapped holes, allowing you to attach various items easily. Its plastic interior with circulating ball bearings ensures smooth sliding along the railing. Once attached, the platform stays firmly on the railing. Thanks to the T - shaped rail, it offers good support, and for loads up to ~5 lb, one rail might be enough. In CNC projects, two platforms on opposite sides of the machine body often support a larger platform, or you can create your own support mechanism. This product comes as a single bearing platform. Remember, always use the plastic insert when attaching the slider to the railing. Losing a ball - bearing or two won't stop it from working, but it's best to keep them all in place.
How to use: First, make sure you have the plastic insert. Slide the platform onto the 15mm railing with the insert in place to keep the ball bearings inside. You can use M4 machine screws to attach whatever you want to the four tapped holes on the slider. For light loads up to about 5 lb, one rail can do the job, but for larger platforms in CNC projects, use two on opposite sides of the machine body. You can also create your own support setup. Things to note: Never try to attach the platform to the railing without the plastic insert. If a ball - bearing or two gets lost, it'll still work, but try to keep all of them in. Maintenance advice: Check the ball - bearings occasionally to make sure they're all there and in good condition. Keep the railing and the platform clean to ensure smooth movement.
